Welcome to VIP Transits (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, reserving, or using any service offered through our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment. 

Important: VIP Transits is a broker and booking facilitator only. We do not own, operate, insure, or maintain any of the vehicles offered. All vehicles are owned and supplied by independent third-party car owners and suppliers. 

1. Our Role as a Broker 

VIP Transits acts solely as an intermediary connecting clients with independent luxury and exotic vehicle owners and suppliers in Dubai and the UAE. We facilitate the booking and arrange delivery, but we are not a party to the rental relationship between you and the vehicle owner. 

  • We do not own, lease, or hold title to any vehicle listed. 
  • We do not insure or maintain any vehicle. 
  • The actual rental agreement is between you and the vehicle owner/supplier. 

2. Vehicle Owner Responsibility 

All responsibility for the vehicle and the rental rests with the vehicle owner or supplier, including but not limited to: 

  • Vehicle condition, roadworthiness, registration, and insurance. 
  • Handover, inspection, and return procedures. 
  • Security deposits and their handling. 

3. Damages, Fines & Liability 

VIP Transits accepts no liability for any matter arising from the use of a vehicle. This includes, without limitation: 

  • Damage to the vehicle, accidents, or mechanical failure. 
  • Traffic fines, Salik tolls, parking fines, and any penalties incurred during the rental period. 
  • Personal injury, loss, or theft of belongings. 
  • Any disputes regarding deposits, charges, or vehicle condition. 

All such matters are the sole responsibility of the Client and the vehicle owner. You agree to deal directly with the vehicle owner to resolve any of the above. 

4. Payments & Non-Refundable Advance 

To confirm a booking, an advance payment or deposit may be required. 

  • All advance payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, change of plans, no-show, or failure to meet rental requirements. 
  • Advance amounts secure the vehicle and cover booking arrangement costs. 
  • Remaining balances and any security deposits are settled directly with the vehicle owner per their terms. 

5. Eligibility & Required Documents 

To rent a vehicle, you must present the following original documents at handover: 

  • A valid UAE Driving Licence, or a valid International Driving Licence (IDL). 
  • Original passport. 

All documents must be original — copies are not accepted. You are responsible for meeting all rental requirements, including minimum age and any further conditions set by the vehicle owner. VIP Transits is not responsible if a booking cannot proceed because you fail to present valid original documents or meet these requirements, and advance payments remain non-refundable in such cases. 

6. Bookings & Availability 

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by the vehicle owner. Quoted prices may change until a booking is confirmed. In the rare event a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable, we will use reasonable efforts to arrange a comparable alternative. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP Transits, its owners, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of any booking, vehicle use, or service. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the brokerage fee actually paid to us. 

8. Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify and hold VIP Transits harmless against any claims, fines, costs, or damages arising from your use of a vehicle or breach of these Terms. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. 

10. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
